Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for Vyruza Glory Private Limited Products

At Vyruza Glory Private Limited, we are committed to customer satisfaction across all our products, including Vital Flow and future products. This Policy sets out clear guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Terms may vary by product; any product-specific terms shown at checkout will prevail.

1. General Policy (All Products)

Cancellation:

  • Pre-Shipment: You may cancel within 24 hours of order placement at no charge. After this window, your order may be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Post-Shipment: Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t available. Please use the Return process below.

Return (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect item only)

  • Eligibility Window: Notify us within 3 days (India) or 7 days (Rest of World) from delivery.
  • Mandatory unboxing video: Record a single, continuous video from opening the parcel until the product is fully unboxed (No cuts/pauses). Provide clear shots of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item. This video is required to initiate any return claim.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened/used items or claims without the unboxing video are not eligible.
  • Refund Timeline: After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days (India) or 14–21 working days (International). Credit appears via the original payment method, subject to your bank/payment gateway’s processing times.
  • Non-returnable items (Hygiene/Safety) : Consumables, opened accessories, or items marked non-returnable at checkout.
  • Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorised repairs/modifications, or normal wear and tear.

2. Policy for India

Cancellation (India)

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours of order placement before dispatch. After dispatch, follow the Return process.

Return (India)

  • Report issues within 3 days of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video and photos.
  • If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup where serviceable; otherwise we’ll share return instructions. Keep the courier receipt for tracking.
  • Refunds/Replacement (India): Once inspection is complete, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at our discretion, per stock availability.

3. Policy for Rest of the World

Cancellation (Rest of the World)

  • Free cancellation within 24 hours before dispatch. Post-dispatch, use the Return process.

Return (Rest of the World)

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video and photos.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs/taxes, unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error. Use a trackable, insured service.
  • Refunds/Replacement ( Rest of the World) : After inspection, a refund or replacement is processed. Refund excludes original shipping/customs unless the issue is verified as our error.

4. Product-Specific Terms

Some products may carry additional conditions (e.g., accessories, bundles, promotional items). Such terms will be displayed on the product page/checkout and will override this general Policy where different.

Additional Information:

  • Bank and Payment Gateway Compliance: All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction (such as credit card, debit card, UPI, or any other method). Vyruza Glory Private Limited complies with the refund processing requirements of payment gateways and financial institutions, including those specified under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and international financial standards.
  • Chargebacks and Disputes: In case of any disputes or chargebacks, customers are advised to contact Vyruza Glory Private Limited directly through the provided customer service contact points. We aim to resolve issues within 7 business days. All return requests must follow the video evidence protocol to ensure eligibility for a refund.
  • Compliance with Indian and International Standards: Our return and cancellation policy aligns with guidelines set by regulatory bodies, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), and is in accordance with International consumer protection laws and the guidelines of financial institutions and payment gateways.
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they must return the original product and place a new order.
