Shipping & Delivery Policy for Vyruza Glory Private Limited Products, Including Vital Flow

At Vyruza Glory Private Limited, we prioritise timely delivery and clear communication. This policy applies to all current and future products offered by Vyruza Glory Private Limited, including Vital Flow. Specific terms for future products (if any) will be outlined at purchase.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

1.2 Shipping Methods

  • We use reputable courier partners. During checkout, you may be able to choose a courier (within India). If a choice isn’t shown, we’ll select the most suitable courier for safe and timely delivery.

1.3 Delivery Times

  • Domestic (India):Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International : Typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.

  • Actual timelines may vary due to location, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

 

1.4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and service level. If free shipping applies, it will be explicitly shown at checkout.

1.5 Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS (where available). You can also contact us with your Order ID at hello@vitalflow.in for tracking assistance.

1.6 Shipping Issues

  • Address errors / Delivery attempts: If delivery fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated failed attempts, re-shipping costs may apply.
  • Damaged or tampered parcels: Please refuse delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos/video; if already accepted, share unboxing photos/video and outer/inner packaging images.
  • Lost in transit: We will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship or refund as per investigation outcome.

2. Limitations of Liability

  • Once a shipment is handed to the courier, risk passes to the customer subject to the courier’s terms. We are not liable for delays, customs holds, taxes/duties, force-majeure events, or indirect/consequential losses. Our responsibility is limited to either replacement or refund (at our discretion) where a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to us.

  • We reserve the right to update couriers, service levels, processing times, eligibility for free shipping, and this policy without prior notice. The version on our website at the time of order governs that order.
